Did you see it yet?

You probably are thinking what am I supposed to see, or maybe you didn’t know that you were supposed to be looking for it.

Possibly you’re not sure where or when you should be looking for it.
Would it be okay if we helped you out a little?

First, lets talk about what “it” is, and then you will probably understand where to start looking for it.  What are your dreams, what is your definite major purpose in life?

Maybe that’s a tough one to figure out, so let me ask it this way;
Imagine this, if you could do whatever you want, go anywhere you want, you had all the time in the world, money didn’t matter, what would that look like?

Okay, so close your eyes and picture yourself in your dreams, how does that make you feel?  Pretty awesome I bet.

Now try this, imagine you are 72-years old, you finally retired at age 70 living on less than half of what you made while working.  You live in low income senior housing because that’s all you can afford, and maybe you have some health issues.

So now you have two pictures, which one would you choose?

What if you found out that by not thinking about,or visualizing the first, you automatically get the second one.  Would you think a lot more about the first one, you know, your dreams, your purpose in life?

Chances are you probably be more deliberate in your thoughts, at least for a while, and then it would be back to the same old thing, you’d forget about your dreams and stop seeing it in your mind.

As Dale Reynolds talked about several weeks ago, we don’t need to ask permission, we’ve always had the power. Just like Dorothy had the Ruby Slippers and could always go home, we get stuck thinking about what are missing, what we don’t want, what we don’t like, and because that’s what we are “seeing” in our mind, that’s what we get, it’s a perfect match.

Now, can you see it?  Close your eyes and start creating your life, visualize your future the way you want it.  Don’t settle for “good enough”.

Why is it always the same?

Did it ever occur to you that it’s always 5% of the people who are successful?  Take a look at what you are doing; you probably see that most people are just getting by, doing the bare minimum, while the few are working hard and finding massive success.   I don’t care what it is, digging a ditch, working in an office, “practicing” medicine, or even operating your own business, the math is the same.

In fact, 95% of small businesses fail within the first five years, 95% of those people that try direct sales fail, 95% percent of those that go on a diet fail, 95% that make a New Years Resolution(s) fail in the first two weeks of the year, so you basically have one more day or two to prove me wrong…. it’s too late you say, sorry to hear that.  Welcome to the masses of the 95%’ers, you are just like most people.

So you’re probably wondering where I’m going with this.

There’s a reason that 95% never get there, they never get started and never even give themselves a chance.  During this weeks MKMMA webcast the 95% number was talked about, and the fact that is the only reason the 5% succeed is they actually did what needed to be done, in order to put themselves in position to be successful.

You see there are a lot of people that think there is some ultimate price to be paid for success, and most people are afraid of that price.  Well I have news for you, it’s a four letter word that scares most people, it’s called W-O-R-K!

You see it doesn’t really matter what you do, if you want to be successful at it there’s a little phrase to remember:

“If you are willing to do for a couple of years what most people won’t, you will be able to do for the rest of your life what most people can’t”.

I was talking to a friend and had a few questions, and he said a lot of the answers I was looking for were in this certain book.  So I went to the bookstore to find it, unfortunately they did not have it, and suggested looking for it online.

What I decided to do was try the half priced, used book store nearby before giving up and searching the Internet.  I was in luck, they had one copy of the book, hardcover, but the jacket had a rip in it.  I thought no big deal, a little tape can fix that, plus I had the book I was looking for in hand.

Here’s the really cool part, this book obviously was previously owned by of of the 95%’ers that failed.  You probably wonder how I know that, simple, the book was brand new, looked like it was never opened.  I’m positive that in the little bit of the book that I have read to this point, and what I have learned, had one of the 5% had this book it would have been worn out.  I mean give me a break, with the information in this book, who would want to give it up, it’s priceless.

It’s your choice, join the 5%, it’s easy to do, but…. it’s just as easy not to.

I am not a worm: The 2011 diet ……. Week 13 MKMMA

The way of thinking that we have been programmed into believing is to be “a worm,” and to just be satisfied with what we have in our own little space.  Basically, we can have what ever we find right in front of our noses, the problem with being a worm is we have our head in the dirt.

I don’t know about you, but I found out the taste of dirt ain’t all that great, and it’s pretty dark down there.  I love the thought that we can create what we desire by consciously, systematically, and constructively directing our thoughts, and for me it’s really cool that there is a process for doing that.  I bet there might even be a flow chart or an “APP for that”.

A lot of people never find out that through constructive thinking the possibilities are unlimited.  It is possible that we can have anything we want, there is an abundance of what we desire just waiting for us.

Everybody knows the alternatives to eating dirt all the time are way better, in fact there is an old saying; “We all eat a pound of dirt before we die”.  I know that I’ve probably hit that mark, and I prefer the alternatives.

I’m curious, have you decided that you’ve eaten your pound of dirt and that it’s time for a new diet?

Week 12 – Down The Rathole

Some time ago I heard the phrase “Learn How to Think, Not What to Think,” and in Week 12 I was reminded of that saying again.  But…….this time I had a completely different perspective on the “How to Think” part of the phrase I heard from a wonderful wizard.
It’s really easy for most people to let their mind wander and when they do it is easy for negative thoughts to get in.  I have heard; stop the negative thinking, they are too negative, they are down the “Rat Hole”, why would anyone want to associate with them, they are so negative, and on and on until like so many other people I began to believe it.

Yep, I had negative thoughts, I was down the rat hole, because that’s what I was thinking.  You see I was constantly exposed to it.

Al I ever heard was; this company is no good, that one has a bad pay plan, the owners of that company are snakes, bunch of crooks, scammers, they’re not a enough pillars company, that person is not following the recipe (probably not all bad because it is based on a lot of negativity), they have an agenda, and that’s just the foundation of this deal.

Wowzers.

Now for the real bombshell, reading The Master Key Week 12, specifically paragraph 14, blew me away.  One of the things that I had been exposed to was this so called “visualization exercise” that was basically thought transference or telepathy.

Here’s what stopped me cold, this practice is deemed harmful as it requires the receiver of the images and thought to be in a negative mental state, just more negativity, you can’t make this up, it’s real, and it is being taught to a lot of people.

Just like in the Wizard or Oz, we are probably best to not pay attention to the guy behind the curtain, we’ll never learn how to think if we do.

Most people really try to keep positive, but they don’t know how, so they stay stuck in the negative mindset.  I don’t think anyone would do this to others intentionally, it’s obviously probably that they just don’t know better.

“Learn How to Think” ………… great concept, but unless each of us works on “How to Think” for ourselves it won’t happen.  Nobody can tell us how, we must learn ourselves, and make the change ourselves.

The Master Key System is the vehicle to keep us moving down the highway on our personal journey’s, we just need to get in and follow the rules of the road.

Week 11 – It’s that thing inside again……

Here we go again.

Isn’t interesting that we always come back to the same basic things, our thoughts, or that old saying, “We Become What We Think About. “  Unless we dominate our thoughts with what we want the old junk gets right back in.  Most people have to notice that when they let up even just a little, that something happens that they don’t like.

Keeping the negative thoughts out can be tough, but we have learned the benchmark, it is7-seconds.  If we allow anything that bothers us, like that jerk on the cell phone driving in front of us shoving French fries in his face, bother us for more than 7-seconds, we have to start our “mental diet” over again.

I supposed if it was easy everyone would be doing this MKMMA and sticking with it.  I think that a lot of years that I finally got the 5-second rule thing figured out, and now comes along something new, now I have to worry about the 7-second rule.  If I mess it up, I suppose a couple more seconds of something lying on the ground won’t kill me, and heck all the better if I stop letting something bother me in 5-seconds or less the mental diet ting will be easier.  But I got to say, sometimes you just have to start the diet over even for something as small as a “penny”.

One of the things that we have learned is about “peptides”,  and their need to be fed, and just how they control our programming.  As long as we work on feeding ourselves with the right things, thoughts, attitudes, and surrounding ourselves with other like minded people we put ourselves in a better place to change and move towards our goals.  I guess the hard work must be paying off, some people seem to think that I live in Wonder World.  I’ve been asked “how come everything is so nice and wonderful in “your world?”  I guess I hadn’t noticed the change, haven’t had the time with all the extra work I’ve been doing, but other people have.  That’s I great sign things are going in the right direction.

If that wasn’t working out I was about to switch to “Plan B”, not sure it will work but I could “test it’ and find out.  Most people keeping an open mind would hope that two tablespoons a day might just do the trick, but honestly some won’t, you know the type….. they’ll just give up on Plan A and waste time watching TV and surfing the internet.

For now I’ll keep an open mind and stick to Plan A, so it’s probably time to be like most people and read the 7 Laws of the Mind, and then to find some Aborigines’ named Bob that need some new shoes.

Week 10 – Where is the accelerator?

Have you ever noticed that something’s that you really want to have happen, just don’t get there fast enough? Imagine hopping into a Geo Spectrum and getting on the Autobahn, how would that work out for you?

You hear the expressions like “Good things come to those who wait”, “Rome wasn’t built in a day” (maybe could have been if I was there 🙂 ) and “The prize is always at the end of the journey”. So why is it that we struggle to get out of the “I have to have it right now” mode?

Everything around us is fast paced, express lane on the highway, express lane in the store, express shipping so we can get it before anyone else. Then there’s the drive thru stuff, no time to eat, no problem, just drive up and we’ll throw the crap in your window and you can shove it in your mouth while you drive to the next place you’re going to late to arrive at. Let’s hurry and get this done with because we have another place to get to.

OKAY, OKAY… I get it.

It’s the programming, it’s all around us. We learned how to cram as much into a day as possible, but we did it over time. We didn’t just wake up one day and say; Bobby you need to finish your home work by 4:00, then you have swimming lessons from 4:30-5:30. Then we’ll grab some food on the way to drop off Mary at dancer lessons, Bobby you’ll have 10 minutes to eat your food and get your hockey equipment on and be on the ice for your game. I’ll go back and get Mary from dance and then we’ll be back here to pick you up so we can stop at the store and get some snacks for school tomorrow…….

There was no accelerator for that; we just added a few things over time and next thing you know it’s a habit. We’re going to a dozen places in 4 days, and doing it with ease. So I guess expecting a 26 week course to completely transform us in 10-weeks is not reasonable, but creating some new habits in 10-weeks is something that most people can do.

 

 

 

Persistence, fundamentals, repetition, patience; it’s an amazing thing, this approach works every time.
